Getting to Tumbling Waters Retreat

Due to the limited availability of reliable taxi/Uber services in Stanwell Tops, we have arranged a charter bus to shuttle guests to and from Tumbling Waters Retreat. To guarantee a seat on the bus, you will need to opt-in and advise which pick-up/drop-off location you prefer when completing your RSVP.

The bus will collect guests at the following locations: -

- 2:00PM - Wollongong Golf Club [151-161 Corrimal Street, Wollongong NSW]

- 2.30PM - Headlands Hotel [Headland Avenue, Austinmer NSW]

You will need to ensure that you are gathered at the specified location at least five minutes ahead of time to ensure the bus is able to depart on time. The bus will return at 10.00PM to return guests to Headlands Hotel and the Wollongong Golf Club.
For those who prefer to drive to Tumbling Waters, there is a large carpark available at the venue and is free of charge.

Q & A

Children

For the safety and enjoyment of everyone, our wedding day is strictly child-free.
Tumbling Waters Retreat is located on the edge of an escarpment and is not suitable for children.
We understand if this means you are unable to attend, however we are hopeful that, with enough notice, you will be able to attend and enjoy a night off with us!

Dress Code

We ask that guests dress in their loveliest cocktail attire – suits, dress shirts, cocktail dresses etc.
We are celebrating on what we hope will be a sunny, early Autumn day, and recommend dressing for a warm day and cool night.

Wet Weather

In the event of rain, our wedding will take place in the Glass Atrium at Tumbling Waters Retreat.

Photos/Social Media

Our ceremony will be unplugged – we are paying professionals to capture every moment and ask that you refrain from using your phone to take photos during the ceremony.

While we encourage you to take as many photos as your heart desires after the ceremony, we ask that you allow us the honour of being the first to share our special day on social media and refrain from posting your own photos until we have done so.

Gifts

We understand the costs involved with travelling to our wedding – your company on our special day is all we could ask for. If you do wish to honour us with a gift, a wishing well will be available at the reception for your blessings.

RSVP

Please RSVP by 31st January 2025.
